We have created custom lawn and garden renovations for the greater Portland area for the past thirty-one years and use this knowledge and experience to provide you with the finest soils and landscaping supplies available! Our top soil, planting mixes and composts are created using 100% recycled yard debris from local residential garden excavations and/or organic vegetable matter, and we NEVER use products that contain pressure treated or industrial materials.

How dry is your wood?

In our yard, we do our best to keep our firewood as dry as possible. Our desert firewood products are always tarped and kept dry. Our other firewood products are tarped on rainy days and exposed on clear days. We do not cover our trucks on delivery, so if it is raining during delivery, the wood will be exposed to rain.

Do I have to be home to accept delivery?

We are able to deliver without you being home. You can leave detailed delivery instructions for our driver during the order process on our online store.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a no-charge cancellation policy up to 48 hours prior to delivery. Please call us at (503) 281-1637 to make changes to your order.

Will you drive in my backyard?

No, due to the excessive weight of trucks and materials we will only drive on paved, gravel, cement, or asphalt surfaces to ensure we do not damage your property.

What about low hanging power lines and low hanging tree limbs?

On occasion low hanging power lines and trees can be problematic. If the delivery location has either, and the truck is unable to clear, we will need to determine an alternate drop off location.

How much debris should I expect to see in a cord of firewood delivered?

On average, a recycling container full. This material works well as kindling if saved.

When you order a full, or fraction of a cord, we guarantee a full, or relevant fraction of a cord each time we deliver to your home or business. Our policy regarding measurements is listed below:

1. All firewood must be stacked into one cube with multiple rows. (We will not accept measurements of multiple stacks, or single rows.)

2. All firewood must be at the original size and length of delivery & may not be altered in any way.

3. Once your wood is stacked into a cube, measure the length, width, and height. More than three measurements are not acceptable.

If you feel there is a discrepancy, please follow the instructions below:

1. Guarantee will be voided if the above requirements are not met.

2. Inquiries must be made no later than four days after the original delivery.

3. Take pictures of your stack with the measurements in the photo and email them to [email protected]. We will review your measurements and photos and get back.
